- Material: Made of impact-resistant ABS plastic, formed via one-piece injection molding.

- Design Features: Features a concave surface design with no grooves that trap dirt and no raised ridges that hinder hand movement, effectively preventing items from falling off.
- Reinforcement: The bottom of the panel incorporates a reinforced load-bearing design with an embedded flat iron bar measuring 30mm × 1.2mm ±1mm.
Drawer (Book Box):
- Material: Made of impact-resistant PP plastic, formed via one-piece injection molding.
- Dimensions: 540 × 350 × 81mm ±10mm.
- Design Features: Features a large-angle inward-tilting book box to prevent items from slipping out. The interior is equipped with drainage and ventilation holes to keep the inside dry and clean.
Steel Frame:
- Material & Shape: Utilizes teardrop-shaped and round tubes, fully welded.
- Tube Dimensions: The height-adjustable tubes are teardrop-shaped. The upper tube is 48 × 25mm ±2mm with a wall thickness of 1.35mm; the lower tube is 57 × 32mm ±2mm with a wall thickness of 1.35mm. The footrest tube is an oval tube measuring 50 × 25mm ±2mm with a wall thickness of 1.5mm ±0.2mm.
- Hooks: Configured with hooks on both the left and right sides. The hooks are made of solid carbon steel with a diameter of ≥6mm. They are integrated into the frame (not attached via screws) and can bear a static load of 30KG or more.
- Surface Coating: After welding, the steel frame undergoes high-temperature powder coating, ensuring the surface does not peel off even after prolonged use.
Foot Pads:
- Material: PP plastic + TPE.
- Dimensions: Large foot pad: W95mm × D44mm × H90mm ±5mm; Small foot pad: W60mm × D38mm × H48mm ±5mm.
- Characteristics: The TPE material offers superior adaptability and durability, providing excellent performance and weather resistance suitable for various harsh and extreme indoor and outdoor environments. It boasts outstanding temperature resistance, allowing for long-term use between -40℃ and 100℃. It also provides low-temperature impact resistance, noise reduction, creep resistance, thermal stability, food-contact safety, high energy absorption, and chemical resistance.
