Process & Structure: EVA blended with nano-scale new materials, subjected to a specialized foaming process — resulting in high density, excellent abrasion resistance and superior low-temperature performance. The cushion is formed as a single-piece L-shaped unit. The front edge of the seating surface is rounded with a corner radius of R ≥ 25 mm. The main body features a square seating surface with a vertical side guard extending from one side, at a height of ≥ 50 mm. The underside of the cushion has a granular texture, providing stable support and anti-slip performance. The top surface incorporates no fewer than 24 wavy ventilation strips, with a spacing of ≥ 25 mm between waves and a concave depth of ≥ 2 mm, forming ventilation channels that effectively relieve heat buildup during prolonged sitting.
