The writing board is made of E0-grade multi-layer solid wood with a melamine finish. It features shield-edge banding and baking paint, measuring 425 x 300 x 18 mm ±10 mm.
The board is supported by an aluminum alloy swivel bracket.
The armrests are injection-molded from integrated ABS and PA, measuring 210 x 51 x 35 mm ±10 mm.
The seat, backrest, and storage shelf are injection-molded from impact-resistant PP. Backrest: 415 x 330 mm ±10 mm; Seat: 450 x 410 mm ±10 mm; Storage basket: 495 x 510 mm ±10 mm. A PP cover plate is installed under the seat.
The backrest features an ABS decorative cover to hide all fixing hardware. The storage shelf is secured with nylon brackets and legs.

Steel Frame: The leg frame uses 22 x 1.5 mm steel tubes, and the backrest support uses 12 mm steel rods. After welding, the frame undergoes high-temperature powder coating to ensure long-term rust and paint-peel resistance.
Casters:

Equipped with a PP storage shelf at the bottom for convenient storage.
Features a bent steel hook welded to the backrest support (2.5 mm thick steel plate) for hanging bags and water bottles.
All external fixing hardware is covered with ABS decorative caps for safety and aesthetics.
